Engaging Executive Program (EEP)

EEI takes the world class content from the Engaging Executive Program (EEP) to create a powerful self study platform with group coaching support to ensure active participation and skill integration.

Experience 6 weeks of weekly group coaching sessions, daily challenges to embed the learning in the real world and full accountability to keep you on point. Led by corporate psychologists, this program is perfect for those who want the powerful transformation of EEP but need more flexibility.

Engaging Executive Coaching

Our executive coaching package is ideal for those unable to attend the Engaging Executive Program™ due to time constraints or a preference for one-on-one sessions. The process begins with our bespoke ENGAGE 360°, providing feedback from managers, peers, and subordinates on how they perceive you.

Following the 360°, you’ll receive a personal feedback session to identify core development areas using our ENGAGE model. We’ll then create a tailored action plan, design interactive coaching sessions, conduct role-plays to practise key skills, set weekly behavioural challenges, and provide an online learning journal for progress tracking. You’ll also receive our Amazon best-selling book, ENGAGE, to support the coaching.
